Apply all Auto-tagging rules

Hi.

I created two rules where some of the files should have been tagged from only one of the rules and others should have been tagged from both. I would have expected that the files hit more that once by the two rules would get tagged with a union of the tags given by each rule. But what happen is that the rules are tried from the top and down and if a rule match the file then the file will just receive tags from this rule and then the next file are handled (not the same file with the next rule).
