Better contrast for UI color scheme

Hello,

First of all, thank you for the software, i started using it some weeks ago and i find it extremely useful. It's made my life much easier and i look forward to new improved versions.

I found one thing that made it uncomfortable for me to use, though, and it has to do with the UI. The contrast between the background (light green) and the text (light grey) in the tag labels (is that the name?) is rather poor. It certainly is a pleasant mix, aesthetically speaking, but, being practical, it's quite difficult to read. A darker grey with white text would be much better.

You could aslo allow people to choose color themes with different contrast for the whole interface.  As it is right now, people with poor eyesight or visually impaired might find the whole UI text difficult to read due to this whole grey/green color mix that looks good but reads not so good.
