Tried to upgrade from 0.6 to 1.02 but getting error "Application can't open the library" right at startup. Registry points to existing tag file from 0.6. Reinstalled 0.6 and it opens and uses the tags OK. Is there an issue with upgrading from 0.6 to 1.02?

OK, I've found it here:
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\TaggedFrog\tags.wft
Now for a few suggestions:
1. Allow option setting for where to put this file. I'd like to have it on my redundant storage network drive which is a good bit safer reliability-wise than the local hard drive. In the meantime, maybe I can figure out how to mirror it automatically.
2. Make a way for taggedfrog to automatically handle tagged files being moved to a new location. Or as an alternative, store tags.wft in a text-friendly format so I could edit it manually or write a program/script to do it.
In the meantime, thanks for a very useful program and I look forward to your improvements.

sorry, I don't see that file ("Tags.wft") at all. Here's what I do see with my default Vista installation:
