Topic: How to change the language?

Hi,

after setting up the software properly I tried to switch to German (Edit/Options). Unfortunately the drop down menu didn't show any language, it was totally empty. I can find language files in C:\Program Files\TaggedFrog\translation or C:\Program Files\TaggedFrog\extensions\Meta\translation. So I have no idea what to do. Could you help me please? TIA

Hi,

Can you please check is drop down menu enabled? Is it gray out or you can click it and see empty drop down window?

Thank you for the quick answer. I can click the drop down menu, the menu is opening but it's totally empty. Nothing is greyed out.
What should I send you exactly? The whole installation path? TIA

Hello, Andrei,

I have the same trouble with language.
I mean, I see the blank white downfalling menu.

Now I use TaggedFrog version 1.1 under Windows 7 + Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
When I had Windows XP + Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 everything was ok.
I'd like to know, what is it and how can I solve it?

Thank you for useful and usable app!

P.S. Redownloading & reinstallation didn't helped, but I have found one thing - the portable version of app has no problem whith language at the same PC ...

Have you tried to install it into a different folder, outside of Program Files?

Yes, after you have advised to do it...

I had the same problem with TaggedFrog on Win7 64bit. Starting the Application with Administrator-privileges was the solution for me.
