hi Andrei,

thanks for the updated version, i have followed your instructions and the location of the database is now in the current folder. its working perfectly. thanks! :D

One more thing that i like to request is to move the registry keys to an .ini file so that it wont write anything to the host pc.

thanks again! great job!:)

Hi,

There is a new version for you:
http://lunarfrog.com/downloads/TaggedFrog_0.8.2.zip

If you would like to enable "portable mode" please edit TaggedFrog.exe.config file and change value of key "Portable" from "false" to "true". In this mode the application will use configuration file and database from the current folder (so don't forget to copy your database ;) )

Please test it and say if something is going wrong :)

hi Andrei,

just testing the new 0.8.1, i just noticed that the location of the database has been moved from the same folder of the application to a location specified in the registry. i was able to move the database back into the application folder by removing the values in the registry (Application, Backup, ShellEx, Library).

i'm using the portable version so i would like to request for the database to be inside the application folder like in the 0.7 version.

and im not sure if 0.7 has registry keys, but 0.8.1 has, would it be possible for the registry keys be put in an .ini file instead the registry of the host computer?

this request is because im using the portable version on an external harddrive and use it on different computers.

thanks!:D
